Welcome to our Centrepay service. By using Centrepay to make payments, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

What is Centrepay?
Centrepay is a voluntary bill-paying service provided by Services Australia. It allows Centrelink recipients to use a portion of their Centrelink payment to pay for essential goods and services directly. This helps individuals manage their finances and ensures that critical expenses are covered regularly and conveniently.

How Centrepay Can Help
Centrepay is particularly beneficial for Centrelink recipients who are required to undergo court-ordered or AGSVA-mandated (Australian Government Security Vetting Agency) drug testing. By enabling automatic payments, Centrepay ensures that:

• Fees associated with mandatory drug testing are paid on time, avoiding potential legal or administrative complications.

• Financial stress is reduced by simplifying budget management and prioritizing essential expenses.

• Recipients can maintain compliance with court or agency requirements without the risk of missed payments.

Agreement Participation
Centrepay is a voluntary bill-paying service that enables you to use a portion of your Centrelink payment to pay for essential goods and services. By entering into a Centrepay agreement, you authorise us to deduct agreed amounts from your Centrelink payments.

Ceasing Participation

Before ceasing participation, if you are experiencing financial hardship, please email info@whs.org.au and we may be able to terminate your current agreement and establish a new agreement at no cost to you.
 

If you choose to cease participating in the Centrepay agreement without our consent, or if your participation is terminated by centrelink, the following conditions will apply:

• You may be required to pay an administration fee of $150.00

• The outstanding balance of your account will become immediately due and payable.

• Payment of the outstanding balance must be made within seven (7) days of ceasing participation.

Fees and Charges
We strive to ensure that our fees are fair and reasonable. The $150 administration fee reflects the costs incurred in managing the cessation of your agreement and liaising with Services Australia.

Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance where possible.
