Aboriginal Grandparents and Family Support Services (AGFS)
The Aboriginal Family Support Services aims to support and strengthen Aboriginal grandparents and their families through the generations. The program provides information, advocacy and referrals as well as group activities, respite camps and peer support groups.
Aboriginal Healthy Women's Project
The Aboriginal Healthy Women's Project provides women's-only exercise classes, health talks and activities at various venues around Perth. These low cost classes are run in a private, safe, and supportive environment.
Counselling Services
Women’s Health Services provides a professional counselling service for women over the age of 18. Counselling is short term and available for such issues as depression, anxiety and panic attacks, relationships and past trauma.
Domestic Violence Advocacy and Support (DVAS) Central
DVAS Central is a free services which helps women who have experienced, or are at risk of domestic violence access support DVAS provides people with a safe and friendly environment to access advocacy, legal and DCP services.
Drug and Alcohol Program (DAP)
DAP offers individual counselling and group work experiencing issues with their own or someone else’s alcohol or other drug use.
Medical and Clinical Services
The medical and clinical services provide women’s health information, advice, counselling and support and treatment for a broad range of women’s health issues.
Mental Health Community Outreach Program (MHCOP)
The Mental Health Community Outreach Program is a community based support service for mothers who have a mental illness and are caring for their children.
Moort Warrping Warr (Family Playing Place)
The Family Playing Place is a parenting and play group for Aboriginal parents, caregivers and young children.
Mothers Support Group
The Mothers Support Program is a free service, providing social and emotional support to women who may be experiencing, or at risk of, a mental health problem, in the inner-city and lower north metro area.
Multicultural Women’s Advocacy Service (MWAS)
MWAS promotes the safety of women, with or without children, from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds. The service is available to women who are recent arrivals or long-term residents who have experienced, or are at risk of domestic violence.
Nutrition Talks, Workshops and activities
Women’s Health Services offers nutrition activities and talks coordinated by a Nutritionist. Events include Cooking workshops, general healthy eating, supermarket shopping tours. All events can be tailored to suit specific group requirements.
PEPISU Women and Children’s Program
The PEPISU Program provides a range of services for both women with substance use issues who are pregnant and/or parenting, and for their families. Additional services are available for children affected by parental Alcohol and Other Drug use.
Physical Activity Events
Women's Health Services provides women’s-only exercise classes at various venues around the Perth Metro area. These low cost classes are run in a private, safe, and supportive environment.
Reclaiming Voices WA
Reclaiming Voices is a collective of like minded, motivated women victim/survivors of sexual assault/abuse.
Women’s Legal Referral Service (WLRS)
The Women’s Legal Referral Service assists women who have experienced, or are experiencing domestic violence to seek a property settlement.
Yowarling (Singing Up) Project
The Singing Up Project provides counselling and support services for Aboriginal women who have Drug and Alcohol issues, and their families. Play groups, children’s workshops, training and activities are also available.
